Not all programs to learn and practise typing have to be tedious and boring. Cowboy with Keyboard is a great example, letting you improve your technique while fighting against outlaws of the West.
The most fundamental part of the program is not to look at the keyboard while you write. For this, the program obliges you to keep focused on the screen and not miss anything. You have to pay close attention if you want to catch the bandits, and avoid shooting innocent civilians.
This didactic game has various difficulty levels, little realism (there`s no violence, nor blood, nor any kind of drama) making it good for youngsters too.
